  6. conceivable You must be able to conceptualize the goal so it is understandable and then be able to identify clearly what the first step or two should be toward achieving it.

  7. desireable Whatever your ambition, it should be one that you want to fulfill, not something you feel you should do.

  8. growth-facilitating Should lead to the growth of all involved and the advancement of the organization’s purpose.

  9. believable You must believe you can reach the goal. Need to have a positive, affirmative feeling about one's self. Few people can believe a goal they have never seen achieved by someone else.
