Assign computers • Take a computer from the cart that matches your assigned seat number • Sign computer list by your number (pass list around) • Have a seat and log on to computer • At bottom right of screen is a box - Sign in there with just your Full Name – leave ID blank. • 5. Using Google CHROME: Go to Warren Hills website, find my webpage and your subject

  3. Opening Microsoft Apps Go to Start button at bottom left Click “All Programs” Select Microsoft 2013 Select WORD Once opened, right click the icon on the taskbar below and select “pin this program to taskbar” 6. Repeat steps for PowerPointand Excel

  4. Setting Default Printer to Rm 319 HP LaserJet 4015 • Click “Start” , then “Devices and Printers”, and select • “manage default printers” Tab • Select Network: warrenhills.org • Select Printer: RM 319 HP LaserJet 4015 • Click “Add” button to the right • Click “OK” at bottom

  5. Setting Up a Digital Folder Create a new WORD document with a quick message to me. Be sure to put your name on the document With Word document open, click “File” and “Save AS”: Now, select “Computer” and find YOUR OWN SERVER (H: drive). Create a new folder there labeled just for this class YOUR NAME in file name fieldinto your new class folder. 3. Everything you do for this class should be saved to that folder on your H drive so you can easily find it.
