  2. 4 Right Click!! 6 5 • Right click on ClinicalRemoteAgentInstaller • Click Run as administrator, and answer yes to give permission to run program

  3. 8 Did you know you can remote into an AWS now too!! 7 Verify the icon is in the bottom right toolbar and perform a test remote into a CWS using last 3 letters “glg” or an IP address for an AWS 9 Finally…when you close the remote desktop, ALWAYS click Hide. If Exit is clicked You will have to reinstall the whole Remote Desktop program
