  3. 2. Programmes & Actions regarding reconciliation • Disabled Children Creative Activity Centres (DCCAC) • Day Care Centres for the Elderly (DCCE) • Assistance at Home • All-day Schools – Auxiliary Infrastructures

  5. Women’s Employment 1) Women account for 51% of the total working age population, yet only 40.8% of the labor force and 38.7% of the employed. Women unemployed are 61.9% of total unemployed. 2) 2.6% of adults in Greece live in single-parent households 5% of the households with minors under 18 are single-parent families and the vast majority of single-parent family heads are women 3) Promotion of the participation of women in the labor market can be achieved through their disengagement fron the increased family tasks that they are charged with (raise children, care for elderly etc)
