This study investigates the influence of various cytokines, including IL-12p40, TGF-ß1, IL-18, and TNF-α, on the threshold cycles (Ct) in quantitative PCR (qPCR) assays. By examining the effects of these key cytokines at different temperatures, we aim to elucidate their roles in immune response modulation. The data reveal correlations between cytokine levels, temperature variations, and resultant Ct values, providing insights into optimizing PCR conditions for cytokine quantification. This research has implications for understanding immune responses in health and disease.
