Implementation of a Self-Motivated Arbitration Scheme for the Multilayer AHB Bus Matrix
This paper presents a novel arbitration scheme designed for multilayer AHB bus matrices, aimed at enhancing performance and efficiency in communication among on-chip components. The proposed self-motivated arbitration system effectively manages access to shared resources, reducing latency and improving throughput in complex integrated circuits. By incorporating advanced algorithms, the scheme adapts to varying workloads, ensuring optimal resource utilization in very large scale integration (VLSI) systems. This work is significant for designers of high-performance embedded systems.
