Instant Retail Profit 15% IRP Retail at Maximum Retail Price (MRP) Buy at Distributor Price (DP) With Attractive Re-Purchase Offers every Month, You can Earn Up to 40% Instant Retail Profit Re-Purchasing Care-O-Lives Products worth Minimum 400 CV for every 4 weeks (28 Calendar days) is compulsory in order to keep your Distributorship ACTIVE

  8. 2. Team Building Bonus • Every time you purchase Care-O-Lives Wellness Products for your Personal Use or for Retailing, you get PCV (Personal Commissionable Volume). Every time your Sales Network of Independent Distributors Purchases Care-O-Lives Wellness Products for their Personal Use or for Retailing, you get GCV (Group Commissionable Volume). Based on the total amount of products purchased by you and your team (through both First Purchase and Re-Purchase), you get Team Building Bonus: • Matching Team Building Bonus of Rs.150/- for every step of 2000 GCV in any number of legs subject to a maximum 50% GCV in any 1 leg. • Weekly Cap • Rs.25,000 for 1000 CV • Rs.40,000 for 1500 CV • Rs.75,000 for 2500 CV • Personal Re-Purchase (PCV) will be considered in the Lesser Leg • Trimming will be applied as per Maximum Payment Policy • 60% CV is allocated to Team Building Bonus

Personal CV (PCV) is also counted for GCV and treated as a separate leg 5. A Distributor can Qualify for each Rank only once 6. Rank Achievement is permanent & there is no demotions

Diamond Bonus Distributors with Diamond, Double Diamond and Triple Diamond Business Ranks will be paid an exclusive Diamond Bonus out of 5% GCV of the company based on their Unit Share. • Unit Share: • Diamond : 1 Unit Share • D Diamond : 2 Unit Share • T Diamond : 3 Unit Share • 5% of CV of the entire company will be allocated towards Diamond Bonus, which will be paid on a weekly basis. Distributors who achieve all 7-Star Rewards also will be considered for Weekly Diamond Bonus with 1 Unit Share, irrespective of they being a Diamond

  13. 1-Star Reward 60,000 CV (that may include either FCV or RCV or a combination of both) with not more than 50% from any 1 Leg. There is no time limit to achieve this Reward. OR OR Blazer with Tie CoolPix Digital Camera Cash = Rs.5000/-
