  2. Clayton Perlman With 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Clayton Perlman has navigated the ups and downs of residential real estate in recent years in the Northeast. After his entry into his family’s real estate business in Florida, Perlman was a clerk on the New York Mercantile Exchange. As a licensed clerk in crude oil and natural gas futures and options, Perlman coordinated trade reconciliations for off the floor trading of a small hedge fund.

  3. Clayton Perlman After 5 years of experience in the commodities market, Perlman went back to real estate concern. His real estate experience has moved through acquisitions to property management and development. Today Perlman manages Perlman Properties LLC in New Jersey for his wife, concentrating on the administration of a marina and possible apartment project.
