  1. Clayton Perlman: Managing Construction Site Safety amidst the Pandemic Real Estate Developer and former Homebuilder Clayton Perlman supports providing a safe environment for workers a priority. It is a legal and moral responsibility to implement good practices that will ensure the safety of your workers. Clayton Perlman shares his tips for maintaining construction site safety: Implement a Covid-19 Safety Guidelines Meeting to establish policies and procedures for the team and provide awareness in preventing the spread of the disease like frequent handwashing, good hygiene practices and staying home if you have symptoms or are sick. Wear eye and face protection. Eye and facial injuries are some of the most common and preventable injuries in construction. Wearing OSHA-approved protection is always necessary and a must. Avoid unsafe ladder use. Whether you’re going up or down a ladder, it’s crucial to always maintain a three-point stance (two feet, one hand), and to secure ladders at the top or bottom to avoid slipping.
