Loraine Independent School District Construction Update - January 21, 2012

This update highlights the current status of campus improvements within the Loraine Independent School District as of January 21, 2012. Underground plumbing and electrical rough-in are complete across all areas. Concrete slabs have been poured in all prepared locations, while masonry work is 90% done in locker room areas and has commenced at the gymnasium. Steel erection is ongoing at the gymnasium, locker rooms, and JH/HS classroom areas. Looking ahead, masonry will continue, and we anticipate starting exterior drywall framing and sheathing soon.

SCHEDULE STATUS • Underground Plumbing And Electrical Rough-in Is Complete In All Areas • Concrete Slabs Have Been Poured In All Areas That Are Ready At This Time. • Masonry is 90% Complete In Locker Room Areas And Has Begun At The Gymnasium. • Steel Erection Is In Progress at the Gymnasium, Locker Room And JH/HS Classroom Areas • Bus Barn Concrete Has Been Poured
