Impact of Age Class on Pea Aphid Populations in Different Cage Treatments

This study examines the number of pea aphids retrieved from cages containing either only juveniles, only adults, or a combination of both. A post-hoc comparison revealed significant differences in population numbers between treatments with juveniles only and those that included both adults and juveniles. These findings highlight the influence of age class on aphid dynamics, providing valuable insights for pest management strategies in agricultural settings.
