CLIENTS CLIENT LOOKUP Our quick lookup lets you find a Client record by simply entering all or part of the last name, first name or telephone number, then clicking "OK.” To lookup a Client using other fields, click the "Super" button to access Super Search, and lookup using any Client information. ©2007 ClienTrak! APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULING OPTIONS You can perform many functions right from the at-a-glance Appointment Scheduler including booking entire treatment packages involving multiple appointments, blocking out time for non-service related reasons, creating standing appointments and waiting lists. REGISTER There are three ways to access the Cash Register: Click on the Registerbutton in the Main Menu, click on the Register tab from any Client record or go directly to checkout from our at-a-glance Appointment Scheduler. ©2007 ClienTrak!   16. REGISTER The easiest and most efficient way to checkout a Client is to start at the Appointment Scheduler.   17. REGISTER CASH REGISTER The Register screen automatically shows the services provided, pricesand totals. You can add other Services or Retail purchases to the ticket prior to checkout. You can also enter tips to be charged and assign them to individual staff.   18. REGISTER CHOOSE PAYMENT TYPE To take payment, choose from the Pay Type pop up menu at the bottom of the screen. We'll choose "Visa" to take a credit or debit card payment using ClienTrak!Credit Card Processing. ClienTrak!   19. REGISTER CREDIT CARD The total to be charged to the credit card is entered. Simply swipe the client's card to complete the information, or enter it into the fields provided.
