  4. Team Profile • Calvin, Giordano & Associates (CGA)will provide the CSS and MEP experts needed for the successful completion of this CEI project. Their professionals include a licensed water/wastewater operator, licensed electrical and mechanical specialists as well as QA and LEED reviewers. • Tierra South, Inc. (TSI)is a full service consulting CEI, geotechnical and construction materials testing engineering firm. Their services include threshold/special inspection and roofing inspection services. Tierra South is a certified FDOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). They will provide roadway/building inspection services for this project. • Quest Corporation, Inc. (Quest) has been providing a host of professional marketing services to FDOT since they were established in1995. They will provide a public information officer for this project. Quest is a certified FDOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).

Experience Class A Air Conditioning Contractor’s license, FDPRMechanical Contractor’s license, FDPRSheet Metal Contractor’s license, FDPR Standard Inspector, International Code Counsel Residential Combination Inspector, Chief Mechanical Plans Examiner for CGA Ted Licitra(CGA) – Electrical Inspector/Plans Review 20 years of experience in electrical systems. Ted is a Master Electrician and Department of Business & Professional Regulation Inspector. His responsibilities include electrical inspections and plan review of municipal and private projects to ensure compliance with the South Florida Building Code and the National Electric Code.
