Hey readers! I’m going to read you amazing giant panda facts! Giant pandas generally live in the bamboo forest in China. Female giant pandas have 1-2 cubs! Little bit huh? Giant pandas eat 20-40 pounds of bamboo per day! Wow! They are bigger than a regular panda and they are black and white. Adult giant pandas weigh 200-300 pounds! Giant pandas only eat bamboo cause they are mostly vegetarians.
Hello kids! I will have to read you shocking facts. There are 1,600 giant pandas living in the wild, and 600 in zoos! Here is some reasons why they are endangered. Number one- Hunters are putting bear traps that are not for the pandas. Number two- People are taking their homes for more space for houses! It’s a big country.. Number three- On some bamboo there is a parasite that goes in the panda and eats the pandas gut! EWWW!!!! But it is sad..

People are putting them in shelters and zoos for now because, people are taking down the bamboo for more space and for more houses, in China. Please help save the pandas!
