Yoga Oasis Yoga Oasis is an earth-friendly retreat located on 26 acres of tropical rainforest and gardens. Organic orchard on the property. It is five miles from the town of Pahoa and two miles from the ocean! Pahoa has a health food store, restaurants, cafes, live music at the Pahoa Lounge, revival movies and live shows at the Akebono Theatre, et cetera.

Saturday, August 31 Ho’ohana & Ho’ohanohano 6am Sangha (60 minutes) 7am Yoga (90 minutes) 9am Breakfast 11am Excursion: champagne ponds–bring your snorkeling gear! 5pm Yoga 7:30pm Dinner and Nutrition Education 9:30pm Yoga Nidra (Optional–30 minutes)
Sunday, September 1 Ho’omaluhia 6am Sangha (60 minutes) 7am Yoga (90 minutes) 9am Breakfast 10am-2:30pm: TBD–Ayurveda lecture will be offered in this time frame. On-site massage available as add-on thru Yoga Oasis. 3pm Yoga (120 minutes) 5:30pm Dinner 6:30pm Depart for lava flow; night hike.
Monday, September 2 Ho’oheno 6am Sangha (60 minutes) 7am Yoga (90 minutes) 9am Breakfast 10:30am Closing Ceremony 12pm Check-out 12:30 FREE shuttle to the airport
Extend your stay! If you want to extend your stay at Yoga Oasis, as a retreat participant, Yoga Oasis will offer you a 20% discount. If there are two or more people who stay, and they want a yoga class Monday afternoon, Amanda and Mike will teach a class.
Meals We are grateful that Mike’s wife Lisa, who is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist & RYT-500, will be accompanying us, preparing all (delicious and healthy) meals, and offering nutrition information at evening meals. For excursions that take place over lunch, you will be offered a buffet of snack items from which to choose and pack your own lunch.
Accommodations We are renting the main yoga building with a studio, four bedrooms, three shared bathrooms, kitchen and lanai. Choice of shared accommodations is first come, first serve…register ASAP!
