ETSI Project TIPHON • Telecommunications and Internet Protocol Harmonization Over Networks • The objective of this project is to support a market for voice communication and related multimedia aspects between users in IP based networks and users in switched circuit network (SCN), as well as between users in an SCN using IP based networks for connection/trunking between involved SCN, by the production of appropriate ETSI deliverables.
