  2. A little bit about me… My name is Courtney Rettig. I am from the Chicago land area. My favorite color is pink and purple. I am very close with my family. I have two brothers. I am a huge Chicago Blackhawks fan, so happy they won the Stanley Cup! Also I am a huge Chicago bears fan too. I feel like I got to support the teams from were I am from.   3. What My Hobbies and Activities are… I love music, all kinds. I have played the flute since I was ten, and right now I am learning the piano and guitar. I also like composing music for the piano. I love playing almost any sport. I swam for USD for two years, now I swim in my free time for fun. This past summer I started to like reading in my spare time. The last book I read was the Last Song, the book way better then the movie. I guess another hobble I have is shopping because when I am home I do a lot!!

  4. Professional Goal…Two ways it can go… I plan on graduating college and going on a fast track nursing program back home, probably at Loyola. when I am in the nursing field I really want to be a surgical nurse. The one assisting the doctor at surgeries. OR I can also start working in Health Administration side of the field. Working with insurance and financing of a hospital or nursing home for a little bit. Then after a couple of years I plan on going and getting my masters.

  5. Where do I see myself in 10 years… • Ten years from now I hope to be working in the health care field. Living around the Chicago land area. Also I plan on be married to Mr. Perfect. I may have some children.   6. Family… I am very close with my family. I talk to one of them almost every other day. My family consists of my mother and step father, my two brothers, Brian and Timmy. I also have a sister-in-law named Katie and a Godchild name Abby. Last but not least, the coolest Grandma ever.

  7. My Best Friend… My best friend’s name is Nikki. When we are together it is known you are going to laugh. She is always there for me when I need a friend and I can count on her for anything. When we are home from school we almost hangout everyday. She is basically family. She is one person I can trust about anything. A funny tradition of our is getting coffee at 10pm at night and going on random trips. She is one person for a fact that no matter were we go we almost always get lost together and end up with a really funny story.

  8. Friends at School… The friends I made in college are diffidently, with no doubt, going to be my friends for a very long time. Since in college you don’t have your family around you the people that I hang out with all the time become your family away from family. When I am down I know I can turn to them for anything, trust them with anything, and always know that these people would do anything for me. They look out for me as I do for them and I really don’t know what college would be like without them.
