  1. HOW IS REACT.JS BRISKLY TAKING OVER THE FRONTEND DEVELOPMENT? INTRODUCTION React.JS is an open-source library created & maintained by a cooperation of Facebook & Instagram solely for the purpose of UI designing for single page applications. By using this outstanding technology, developers create rich and engaging web apps fast and efficiently with minimal coding which can change data, without reloading the page. EVOLUTION Earlier, the UIs were built using templates or HTML directives where you were allowed to use the full set of abstractions dictated by Templates to build your UI. Also in other frameworks, developers were forced to do a lot of coding. They have the challenge of reworking of most codes even when crafting components that changed frequently. Here comes the need for a new Javascript library i.e. React.JS. It provided the desired solution for developers as they wanted a framework that could allow them to break down complex components and reuse the codes to complete their projects faster. So now instead of working on the entire web app, it focuses on individual components resulting in its strength. But the point arises here is that Why Components are so preferable? It is so due to three simple reasons: COMPOSABLE – In react.js, the entire app is built by composing components. A new component can be created by composing two simple components. TESTABLE – Components behaviors can be tested on the basis of different outputs, as they are good isolated. REUSABLE – The sample components can be reused many times as code re-use makes it easier to maintain and grow your codebase.

  2. React isn’t an MVC Framework: While the other technologies are dubbed as client-side MVC frameworks, React.js is different. Its creators call it the ‘V’ of MVC which implies that it entirely focuses on ‘View’ describing the User Interaction part by using a real, full-featured programming language. So, it is the view layer in our applications purely focused on this job really well without trying to achieve anything more. As the popularity of React.JS is rising briskly, a huge range of companies had adopted this supreme technology considering it as a Future of web development. Among the top react.js development companies in the USA, Codebrahma ranked as number 1 – renown for delivering top-notch solutions fulfilling the core objectives of the clients.

  3. React uses a special syntax called JSX(a unique syntax that allows HTML quotes as well as HTML tag syntax apps for rendering specific subcomponents) which not only makes it easy but fun too. This is very helpful in promoting construction of machine-readable codes and at the same time compounding components into a single-time verifiable file. WHY REACT.JS? 1. JSX – Making writing easier: JSX is one of the greatest features of this powerful technology as it makes React easy & fascinating. As written earlier, React uses JSX instead of using regular javascript for templating. Its syntax helps in integrating HTML code into components. CSS patterns are applied & Modern Bundlers such as Webpack are used for styling. 2. Component-based Approach – the Future of Web Development: Instead of using Shadow-DOM, React serves component-based structure making it unique & powerful. It allows developers to break down complex UIs. Along with this, it gives you the ability to create your own components that can later be reused, combined, and nested to the heart’s content of the app. This enables developers to create wrapper components composed of those tiny components like button, checkbox, dropdown etc. And then the higher level components are written. The process goes on like this until you get one root component as your app. This implies that despite worrying about the entire web app, it focuses on the single component. 3. Fast Learning Curve: This technology is gaining high popularity due to its fast learning curve. It is not an MVC framework as it only deals with the view layer of the app making it very easy for any Javascript developer to understand the basics & build an excellent app. Even the small prototypes can be created within hours during the first attempts by developers. This is a huge benefit for companies as it helps them avoid spending a fortune to educate their employees. 4. Rendering with Virtual DOM – a DOM kept in memory: Virtual DOM is very useful in making the app fast. In order to avoid expenses of updating old HTML, the idea of Virtual DOM came into existence. It is needed when web application that involves high user interaction and view updates are developed. Firstly, the view changes are reflected to virtual DOM, then the previous & current state of virtual DOM is compared in order to calculate the best way to apply these changes. Finally, these updates are applied to ensure minimum read/write time resulting in high performance. 5. Flux & Redux: React uses one-way data-binding with an app architecture called as Flux – introduced & maintained by Facebook. The main idea is to control the flow of data to components through one control point – the dispatcher & update the views with respect to the changes.

  4. But Flux is not ready to use so there was the reinterpretation of flux architecture as Redux. It is the best-suited library here as it serves the single object to keep all the app data. It makes thing lot of easier. This light-weight & ultrafast javascript library is highly supporting Web Componentization resulting in better modularization. Although chances of growth of React.JS in Future is extremely high as it saves a lot of time & money peculiarly in large projects. It is simply great for businesses. So if you too want to develop the highly scalable apps that effectually hit the business targets of your clients, React.JS is the perfect solution for you.
