Overview of Release Process • Datatel Expressloads are downloaded to ACS’ quarantine account • Comparison Process is run against NCCCS CIS Template to identify what is affected • Backup is done of those files/processes affected • Datatel Expressloads are installed in the development account • Any necessary updates to customizations are made • A09 Template Release info records are created, if applicable • Releases are then tested by the ACS Test Team • Approved Releases are loaded on ftp server along with A09 Template • Client receives Release Info via email

  3. SyncPatch Overview • Why? There were many inconsistencies in the Release load process – many due to the manual effort necessary to load approved Releases • Decision: It was decided that a Release should be created to make sure all clients would be ‘in-sync’ • Enhancements: Several enhancements have been made during the last year to alleviate manual effort (ELRE,ELRS)
