  2. معرفی بیمار:شوانوم آقای 65 ساله ای به دلیل درد فلانک راست تحت ارزیابی قرار گرفتند .  CT اسکن به عمل آمده از بیمار مطرح کنندۀ تودۀ بزرگ هتروژن دارای نکروزمرکزی در رتروپریتوئن به موازات  پل تحتانی کلیه راست بود . بیمار تحت عمل جراحی رزکسیون توده قرار گرفتند.پاتولوژی مطرح کننده شوانوما بود.
