( ) Project Information Please provide as many details as possible to help us create exactly what you want. Size of project? (examples: Painting 18 x 24 inches) Describe what you want created: (example: Portrait of Child, photo included) Special Instructions: Are there certain colors you wish to emphasize? Morning Afternoon Evening Night If a person or people are illustrated, do you prefer a certain race, ethnic group etc…? Are there certain backgrounds you want (mountains, lake, ocean, city etc…)? Do you want the painting to be very precise (photographic) or more artistic? Photographic Artistic You can provide a photograph of a certain background or a person to help us create your project, we will return the photo, please write your name and address on the back! Please make a simple drawing of how you drawing of how you want the objects in the painting arranged. Finally, we will process your information and make a few quick sketches for you to check to make sure everything is correct. We will then begin work on your project. Until we know the size of your project and the complexity, we don’t know the costs. Once this form is returned, we can tell you the price. If you are not satisfied with the painting, your Money will be returned (except for the cost of the supplies, usually $5-$15).
