  16. Loosen seeds with knife

  17. Pour seeds in bag • Use notes as label • Think Spring!

  18. Store only clean, dry seed Remove all pulp, flesh and other non-seed material. Seed that is wet should be dried. Dry seed has only 7% moisture content. Air dry in the sun if you can. Food dehydrators may be used at temperatures below 90 degrees -- don’t cook the seed. Be patient.

  19. Storing Seed Use re-sealable sandwich bags. Label the bag or put a label inside the bag. Store in a cool, dry place. Seed may be refrigerated or even kept in the freezer.
