  5. Who we are as individuals off the field matters more than how physical we are on the field • Respecting the people around us, teammates, support staff, campus community etc. • By treating ourselves and others the right way and playing baseball at its highest level consistently

  6. The APU baseball mentorship program is designed to develop well rounded men and aide in the transition from high school to college • In order to do this we have matched up upper class players with freshman players

  7. The vision of the APU baseball mentorship program is to ease develop well-rounded young men who are able to excel on and off the field through Christ, scholarship, service, and life skill development.

  8. Improve Freshman retention from 34% to 50% • Increase eligibility rates • Spiritual Development • Increase recruiting efforts • Develop community
