  2. Facts : • 71% of pet-owning women entering women’s shelters reported that their batterer had injured, maimed, killed or threatened family pets for revenge or to psychologically control victims; • 32% reported their children had hurt or killed animals. STOP THE VIOLENCE!

  3. QUESTIONS • Some questions people ask about animal abuse are; • Do you think animal abuse is wrong? • If you saw an animal being abused, what would you do? • If you knew a product you used was tested on animals, would you still use it?

  4. More Questions • If you want a more in depth sort of thing, ask them to define animal abuse in their own words. • Ask what is the difference between abuse and neglect. • Ask what symptoms they would look for to determine abuse and/or neglect.

  6. Animal Abuse SHOULD BE STOPPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! • Animal abuse should be illegal & not allowed anywhere. • Animals do NOT deserve any kind of abuse or neglect. • TREAT ANIMALS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED!
