  3. Conference Conference onFashion – the latest trends, fashion trends for 2011, future of the fashion business. Conference conducted by guest lecturers fromItaly.

  4. Meetings An informal gathering of the fashion design teachers at the Art Academy of Latvia intended to meet, to establish contacts, to exchange experience and to promote cooperation.

  5. Competition • individual competitionjury evaluates all collections entered in the competition • school competition jury evaluates collections proposed by art colleges

  6. Individual competition • Young fashion designers may enter their collections in 3 competition categories: • Industrial prêt-à-porter • Artistic prêt-à-porter • Avant-garde

  7. School competition Collections for the School Competition shall be proposed by art colleges. Each college may enter 3–5 collections. Results – school’s average scores gained in the individual competition.

  8. Jury Members of the jury – professors, designers, fashion experts and fashion editors from the Baltic and neighbouring countries.

  9. Awards • The Grand Prix winner receives theHabitus Baltija Statuette • The 1st place winners in each category receive certificates for participation in international competitions, fashion shows, exhibitions • Diplomas and special prizes bestowed by the organisers and sponsors
