Our Master Chef challenge! • On February 23/2/10 Mrs Rytmeister and the year 12 Food Technology class invited Justine Schofield to do a demonstration of one of her award winning master chef recipes and also judge our students preparing their own challenge. • Justine prepared veal roulade with salsa verde and sauteed potatoes. • The students prepared a 3 course “cheese, chicken and chocolate” themed feast with a 70 minute time limit. • Did they step up to the challenge?
