What is BJJ?甚麼是巴西柔術? • Martial Art based on ground defence derived from multiple Japanese Jiu Jitsu Schools 由日本武術改造, 以平地防守為主的武術。 • Promotes the idea that the smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger opponent with proper techniques 強調只要有合適的技巧，即使較為弱小的人，也可成功制服較為強壯的人

  11. BJJ Program Goals 目標 We are NOT a BJJ school/club, we are simply using this sport as a way to build genuine relationships that will hopefully lead to the interest to know our God. 這不是一所巴西柔術學校，我們只希望透過這運動與人建立關係，繼而引導未信者認識神。
