TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION • low cost versatile and convertible PC hardware • Windows and Linux operation systems • 1 Gb network for all workstations • system configuration: 2 screens - 4 projectors – 4 PCs • 1 administrator workstation (system control) • 2 special computing workstations (physics, audio) • 3D sound system • 2 movable screens and adjustable projector tables • 2 screens of size 2000 mm x 2000 mm, resolution 1024 * 768 pixels per screen half • passive 3D stereo image • resolution 4096 * 768 pixels in 2D and 2048 * 768 pixels in passive 3D • head and hand tracking, data glove, speech controls and electronic pens • collaboration software for cooperative group meetings • extendable system configuration (basic ratio: 1 screen - 2 projectors – 2 PCs)
