  3. Chili Cook Off Rules • All contestants in the Chili Cook Off are required to bring a warming • device and serving utensils. (electric plug ins will be available) • Each contestant will be given a numerical number for identification. • Three judges will sample each entry and provide a score for that entry. • Entries will be judged on flavor, texture/consistency, and color. • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be based on judges combined score. • Please label your Chili Medium, Hot, or Nuclear (for public safety). • Awards are as follows: 1st Place-$75, 2nd Place-$50, and 3rd Place-$25.
