Gene Expression Analysis of EPO and GPA with CD71: A Negative Control Study

This supplemental figure presents a comprehensive comparison between EPO-positive and EPO-negative conditions involving GPA and CD71 markers. By assessing the expression levels of HbF and HbA, we provide insights into the regulatory roles of EPO in erythropoiesis. The negative control setup allows for a clearer interpretation of the cellular responses, demonstrating the effects of EPO on the development and function of erythroid cells. These findings contribute to a better understanding of erythropoietic processes in both normal and pathological states.
