Development of 2014 Edition Test Scenarios by ONC

DESCRIPTION

ONC will develop the 2014 Edition Test Scenarios in two groups, starting this year. Draft scenarios will be released on September 4, with the final scenarios for Group 1 available on November 29. The 2014 Edition Test Scenarios will comprehensively cover all EHR Certification Criteria, forming a library of test scenarios. Feedback will be sought on a draft of clinically plausible workflows, including criteria assignments and scenario descriptions, to ensure thorough evaluation.

  2. 2014 Edition Test Scenarios Development • ONC plans to develop the 2014 Edition Test Scenarios in two groups, the first of which will be developed this year. • Draft Test Scenarios will be published September 4, and Final Test Scenarios for group 1 will be available November 29. Development Input Revision • The 2014 Edition Test Scenarios will be comprehensive. • Allof the 2014 Edition EHR Certification Criteria will be included in the two groups • The first group of the 2014 Edition Test Scenarios will be the first in a library of test scenarios. • ONC will be asking for your thoughts on a draft of the clinically-plausible workflow, including criteria assignments and scenario descriptions DRAFT
