Characterization of Immune Cell Responses through Genomic Digestion Patterns

This study investigates the genomic digestion profiles of various immune cell types, including T helper cells (TH1, TH2), B cells, and NK cells. Utilizing enzymes such as BglII, we analyze the digestion of naked genomic DNA samples sourced from primary fibroblasts and various cell lines. The focus is on specific genes involved in immune responses, such as Il4, Il5, Il13, and Gm-csf. The resulting data provides insights into cytokine production patterns and gene expression in different immune contexts, highlighting the roles of specific immune signals.
