  1. BEE PAT Application Overview BEE

  2. Browse the URL provided for BEE PAT Application • Select the UserType as “DC” from the DropDown. • Click on the link New User.

  3. Enter the appropriate and necessary information in Registration Form. • Click on the Next button and Enter the Energy consumption details for the previous 2 years and click on Submit button.

  4. Calculate MTOE will give the total calculated value of consumption

  5. Login to the Application with valid credentials.

  6. DC can edit his own Account Info and also can change their password.

  7. DC can see the Target Information that has been set by BEE.

  8. DC can view all the AEA information including their Audits performed and Average ratings.

  9. DC can download the templates of Form-1, Form A and Form D from the application. • When DC is filing the Form1 first time the template would be for current year and previous year. Subsequent years would have only current year consumption details.

  10. DC can File Energy returns by uploading Form1. There are 2 modes Offline and online

  11. DC can File energy returns only once per year. System will not allow more than once and can update/upload returns if rejected by BEE for any reasons.

  12. DC can generate Form A & Form D and upload the same for DENA verification. • FormA is only 1 per year and should be preceded by Form 1. • Form D is only 1 per cycle(3 years) and should be preceded by Form A. • DC can also upload baseline documents and supporting documents from the same location.

  13. DC can view all the Submitted Documents and their progress and also can update the document if rejected by BEE for any reason. • They can search the documents based on the Type and duration.

  14. DC can upload the Audit Report that has been performed by AEA.

  15. DC can view the Escerts information that are due to him.
