  2. Fund Countries The Fund brings together 20 countries: Azerbaijan,Albany, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Romania, Republic of Moldova,Samoa,Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Croatia, Montenegro, South Africa.

  3. Alliance of Seas Members: Investment Consortium “The Alliance of Seas” was created under the Fund. It includes • Fund of Seas (BSCSIF branch in Russia) (http://www.bscsif.ru); • Russian Association of innovative development – RAID (http://rair-info.ru); • Fund of Seas Commission on innovations and investments; • Advanced Planning Fund (APF)(http://apfund.ru); • Business Innovation Centre “Knowledge management” (inbiz-km.ru); • Erkon-NN (Nizhny Novgorod).

  4. The Alliance of Seas suggests to project initiators: • Direct and venture investments in projects from 10.0 million EUR for a period of 3 - 5 years on agreed terms (the amount of investment can start from € 3.0 million if financial indicators are high); • Entering to the markets of 20 countries of the Fund of Seas as well as grounds for projects location in innovative centers of the EU, Israel and SEA; • Assistance in the "packaging" of the projects for its presentation to investors; • Assistance in establishing of an effective project team, able to earn on investments but not only to master them.

  5. Investment project «Fora» Creation of international woodworking distributed holding mainly focused on the delivery to the EU countries of products: high quality sawn timber, wooden glued constructions, door blocks, eurowindows, pellets and other woodworking products.

  6. Project directions: • Furnitureproduction; • Wooden house construction; • Biofuel consumers; • Interiors (in-house, garden, park, city, etc.); • Pharmaceuticals.

  7. Product competitiveness: • Products higher quality in comparison with competitors (innovative technologies); • Assortments diversity and ability to carry out individual orders; • Short time of orders performance (days, not weeks or months); • Comfortable conditions for consumers in terms of delivery, service and support; • Use of innovative business models.

  8. Production of a New Product ReMage® In woodworking production we applied a new technology of sawnwood drying, where timber is exposed to the air waves impact, a temperature not exceeds 60°C, so when rectification, condensed out of the air masses, intercellular and intracellular fluid retains all useful properties laid down by the nature itself. Production is carried out without catalysts and chemical treatment. Natural structure of the extract is saved that provides rapid and complete assimilation by the body.

Extract of natural biovlavonoids - antioxidants Intercellular and intracellular fluid contained in a tree has a full set of biologically active and native bioflavonoids, vitamins, micronutrients of other components. We have learned to receive the intercellular and intracellular fluid extract with preservation of the biological activity of both components and complex potential of liquid wood composition, including the natural structuring of the water contained in a tree.

  12. Components: • Taxifolin (Dihydroquercetin) • Quercetin • Arabinogalactans • Sesquiterpenes • Kaempferol • Uronic acids: glucuronic and galacturonic • Other natural biological components.

  13. Analogues Preparations-analogues produced abroad and in Russia. Standard technologies used in the production of various preparations, for example, containing dihydroquercetin, based on application of high temperature modes, usingaggressivestrong chemicals and reagents. As a result a required chemical compound of a high degree of chemical purity is received, but this compound isbiologically inactive. Often these preparations are produced in water-insoluble form. For a transferring to the water-soluble form and strengthening its impact methods of chemical processing, water destructuring technologies and etc. of preparations are applied, that does not make these preparations more useful.
