From northbound I-5, you would cross over the freeway heading west), that puts you roughly northbound on Boones Ferry (Elligson Road is to the left). Go through the first light, Turn left at the second light at Day street, turn right at the next light at Graham's Ferry Road, go .9 mile then left onto Tonquin Loop Rd. (not Tonquin Road). The clinic will be held at the third house on the left - it is an old yellow farmhouse. Call 503-692-9316 or 503-265-9500 if you get lost.Make all checks payable to Oregon Trail Cavalier Club.
