Do the job of the teacher in to tell the students the problem, the answer, and literally to “school” them. In my view of the world, the future world is constant discontinuity, the problems are not there yet……Traditional education, therefore in danger of being deskilling……. The failure to give all students these new skills leaves today’s youth and our country at alarming competitive disadvantage. School haven’t changed, the world has. And so our schools are not failing. Rather, they are obsolete-even the ones that score the best on standardized tests (Wagner, 2008).

The important thing is not the level of education, but whether the education system turns out with the required skills……. ….Should the digital natives student learn the old way or should the digital immigrants instructors learn to teach according to the way……..Sometimes the way out of dilemma is to avoid choosing, but the paradigm has permanently and irrevocably changed, which seem likely, the education system can only survive by adapting to accommodate the digital native and the way they think. It had the advantage of opening the door for interdisciplinary and multitasking world, which maybe the key to controlling and extracting from the flow of information we need…… (Moller, 2011)

Rather, we see the seeds of new education system forming in the rapid growth of new learning alternatives, such as home schooling, learning centers, workplace learning, and distance education. These new alternatives will make us rethink the dominant role of K-12 public schools in education as children and adults spend more time learning in new venues. (Collins & Halverson, 2009)
