Owner/ Facility Manager Assures the facility team that the CHC certificate holder has the proven ability to provide : A higher, more detailed level of healthcare design (clinical understanding, engineering systems understanding, patient safety/ risk) Construction coordination (phasing, regulatory implications, risk assessment, planning, mitigation) Financial stewardship/ Fiscal planning (replacement vs renovation cost awareness, financial projections in terms of ROI, equipment depreciation, etc)
