  2. HOTEL POLICIES • The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly. • Child from 0-5 will be complimentary on existing bedding with parents. • Hotel may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year's eve or other festive periods. Any such supplements need to be paid directly at the hotel. • CHECKIN TIME: 12:00 PM (Noon) CHECK OUT TIME 10:00 AM (Morning) • Use of Swimming Pool without proper costume is strictly prohibited. • There is limited Cell phone signal across the property. • We DO NOT have Credit Card Facility at the Resort. • Most hotels do not allow unmarried/unrelated couples to check-in. This is at the full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.

REVIEWS • Very nice resort. service is great but charges are not good place for stay but food charges are way expensive • Very nice & beautiful location.. situated in the heart of the mountains.. all 4 sides are mountains.. hotel staff also very good & polite • Pros; Nice property. Best suited for combined group holiday. We were 5 friends and booked a villa. Great view. All amenities like swimming pool, pool table, carom, cricket, etc.are freely available. Welcomed with welcome drink. Food was great in taste. Staff was very polite and cooperative. Very quick service. Riverside view & walking connectivity to river Cons: Very low mobile networks available b'cos of height. Though prop was very economical but it may charge for excursion like basic service of ice. (Tip: ask price for things before ordering anything extra). Although rates were not so high. Overall worth spending with friends.
