  4. Dance In Taiwan • There are a lot of foreign dances in Taiwan, and there are many traditional dances （ex：Lion and drgon dance）in Taiwan, too.

  5. Dance In Taiwan • The most famous dance group in Taiwan—combines western and eastern dances-- Cloud Gate（雲門Yun men）is what I want to introduce you.

  6. Dance In Taiwan • According to the legend, Cloud Gate is the name of the oldest known dance in China, a ritual dance of some 5000 years ago.

  7. Dance In Taiwan • In 1973 choreographer Lin Hwai—Min（林懷民）adopted this classical name for the first contemporary dance company in many Chinese speaking community Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan.

  8. Dance In Taiwan • Lin Hwai—Min, born in Chiayi,Taiwan,1947,is the inaugurator of Cloud Gate. He is also a good writer in 1970s.

  16. Dance In Taiwan • That day, they stopped all their work. The women went preparing food, the men went fishing. They celebrated this raining day
