This presentation by Karsten Andrup Pedersen outlines the institutional structures that support Green Public Procurement (GPP) at the national level in Denmark. Key entities include the Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Environment, and local government associations, each with distinct roles in policy implementation and environmental negotiations. The framework emphasizes the responsibilities of individual municipalities in adopting green purchasing policies and participating in initiatives like the Danish A-Club. These measures aim to promote energy efficiency, reduce CO2 emissions, and align with international environmental commitments.
