  4. Course Description • This is the middle of a 3 course series that started in 6th Grade. • We will discuss world history from 500 A.D. to 1789 A.D., in which we discuss Rome, Islam, West Africa, China, Japan, Europe, Renaissance, Maya, Aztec, Inca, and lastly the Enlightenment and Revolution.

  5. Rules • Listen when others are talking • Follow directions • Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself • Work quietly and do not disturb others • Show respect for school and personal property

  6. Homework • There will be homework every night unless the student has finished it in class. Grading 90%-100%= A 80%-89%= B 70%-79%= C 60%-69%= D 50%-59%= F 2.0

  7. Projects- • Name Project • Group Noun Project • Individual Noun Project

  8. Absences: if you are absent you will have the same amount of days to turn in all make up work, without any penalty. It is the responsibility of the student to pick up any mission assignments. Tutoring Hours: I will be available before or after school, during break or lunch when arranged by the students. It is the responsibility of the student to pick up any missing assignments.
