  5. CDX Registration Multi-step process: • Initial Registration • Confirmation Email • Complete Registration • 20-5-1 Questions • Email: Successful complete registration

  6. New User Registration – Warning • Register new user • Access CDX web site: • in TEST • http://epacdxtest.csc.com/ • Warning Notice: • Continue, click link at the bottom “-Click here to continue-”.

  7. CDX Home • New User: • Click link in first bullet • Existing users & users returning to complete 20-5-1 question selection • Click link in second bullet

  8. Registration Notice • After clicking the link for new users, the warning notice is displayed again

  9. Terms and Conditions • Terms and conditions page: • buttons to accept or decline Terms and Conditions at bottom of page • Protect User Name • To register, you must accept the Terms & Conditions

  10. User Information • Enter account information: • Name • Account information

  11. Organization Information • Enter organization details

  12. Program Selection • “TSCA (TSCA)” is near bottom of the list and must be selected

  13. Role Entry • Each drop-down list only has 1 option • ID field: “Preparer” should be typed in

  14. Generate Electronic Signature Agreement • TSCA requires the use of an Electronic Signature Agreement • Typically: print, sign & mail to the EPA for account activation • For the purposes of comment period • this step is not required • accounts will be approved on a daily basis

  15. Electronic Signature Agreement • A window is popped-up with the electronic signature agreement

  16. Finished Page • Congratulations page is displayed at end of registration process • For the comment period: • accounts will be activated daily • After activation, a final step must occur to select and answer the 20-5-1 questions

  17. Existing User - Login • After receiving an e-mail notifying account activation • Return to the CDX Login page: http://epacdxtest.csc.com • click on “Continue” and the link for existing users

  18. Existing User: 20-5-1 Question Entry • 5 questions • selected • answers provided • At time of data submission: • 1 question will be randomly chosen • must be answered

  19. Existing User: 20-5-1 Confirmation • After 5 questions selected and answered • Account registration for TSCA is complete
