  4. Market Summary The sign and banner market in Madison County has shown a lack of customer service, resulting in businesses from outside the community providing services to area businesses. Seeing the need for positively outrageous service and the encouragement from area businesses, Wayne & Shelly formed Star Bullets – Banners & Signs in August of 2012. Our cost structure and business leadership, combined with our community involvement has allowed us to grow our sales quickly, while providing excellent customer service; quality signs, banners, and vehicle graphics; and price competitively to the larger market players.
