  1. What is a corporate housing experts? • Corporate Housing Experts is a Mississippi-owned and operated temporary housing and furniture rental company. We oversee the delivery and set up of your furniture and housewares – as well as utility connections and deposits to create a comfortable place for you to call home. Our valued clients enjoy the ability to walk into a fully furnished corporate apartment with everything needed to live, work, and play at their fingertips.

  2. What do we do? • We provide custom housing solutions in Jackson, Biloxi, Gulfport, Hattiesburg, and the entire the state of Mississippi, as well as nationally. Corporate Housing Experts is your furnished apartment provider no matter where you are!

  3. Can I stay in my apartment a little longer? • Sure! More than likely, your apartment will be available for you to extend your stay. You do not need to stay another full month. Just inform our staff of how much extra time you need and we’ll take care of the rest.

  4. Can I upgrade my cable/internet package? • Of course! All of our corporate apartments come with expanded cable packages and high-speed Internet, but if you require something more, please contact our staff. We can get you the best possible rate on package upgrades and can include the additional cost in your monthly invoice.

  5. After move out, when will my deposit(s) to be refunded? • After you move out of your corporate apartment, we will wait on final bills from all utility providers and perform a walk-through inspection of your apartment to identify any damages. After these items have been satisfied, we will return your security deposit the way that it was originally paid (via credit/debit card or company check). This process usually takes about 30 days; however, it may take longer when waiting on final bills to arrive. If you have not received your security deposit back after one month has passed, please contact our office.
