  2. Our New Principal • Schaffner’s new principal is Mr. Poore. He is a 23 year veteran of Jefferson County Public Schools. He has taught at St. Gabriel, Wilt Elementary, Engelhard Elementary and Cochran Elementary. • Welcome Mr. Poore, we’re glad to have you!!!

  3. Music - Mr. Platt • Mr. Platt, our music teacher, teaches us songs for the “All Around Christmas Sing-Along”. He also teaches us foreign songs, during our 30 minutes of music.

  4. Safety • Here at Schaffner we have safety drills. To name a few, fire safety, stranger safety, tornado safety, and computer safety. Created by Carleo
