The Island Home Connect Program (GO) brings together both long-time residents and newcomers in Tasmania to explore the outdoors, build friendships, and immerse themselves in nature. Join us for a safe and supported outdoor experience where you can enjoy activities, food, and fun while connecting with your surroundings. This program aims to guide participants in stepping out to experience nature independently, with repeated support to enhance their connection. It facilitates the transition from being a participant to becoming a leader in outdoor exploration.
