He was taken to a hospital, then arrested on a disorderly conduct charge • Summons said he was "screaming and yelling things" about being in pain and causing himself physical harm • He was not responsive to officers' questions about what was wrong or whether he could put clothes on

  17. 25-I (Toledo, OH) • toxicology report showed Galat had 25i, similar to LSD, in his system • Unknown if Vogel or Littleton were under the influence of 25i during the incident • no other reports of 25i use on campus, & appears to be fairly new • Not yet regulated, 25i linked in other states to a handful of overdose deaths • Littleton has not been charged

  18. 25-I (Houston, TX) • It started with hallucinations and quickly turned violent. Kevin Schoolmeyer was driving home from a party in June when the 21-year-old started to hit his friend sitting in the passenger seat. • Suddenly, his limbs began to flail around, he punched the console and started ripping accessories from the vehicle's interior, shortly after that, he died.

  19. 25-I (Houston, TX) • Schoolmeyer's was the first case. The following month a 15-year-old Houston girl also returning home from a party with a friend said she felt sick before her arms and legs began thrashing around. • About 30 minutes later, she was dead.

  21. 25-I (New Orleans, LA) • after a night drinking vodka-Red Bulls at a 2012 Voodoo Festival in City Park • A stranger, wanting to repay 21-year-old Clayton Otwell for helping find his cell phone, offered Otwell a free dose of 25-i, a new synthetic hallucinogenic drug • The stranger plopped a single drop from a vial into Otwell's nose
