Violations Adultery • Adultery is when a married person has sexual union with another person other than his/her partner. • Adultery is an offense to public morals and a mistreatment of the marriage relationship. • One who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery in his heart. • Adultery is forbidden in almost every society; Jewish, Christian, and Islamic traditions all condemn it, and in some countries it is still punishable by death

  4. Violations Divorce • When a married person leaves his/her partner. • According to the Bible, marriage is a lifetime commitment, whoever leaves his/her partner commits adultery.

  6. 9th commandment violations Pre-Marital Sex (Fornication) • Fornication is having sexual intercourse between a man and a woman who are not married to each other • Pre-marital sex is a sin and that it is something that unrighteous people engage in.

  7. 9th commandment violations Masturbation • Masturbation is excitation of one's own or another's genital organs, by manual contact or means other than sexual intercourse. • Masturbation is an abuse of sexual powers because it is done outside of the married couple’s sexual relationship.

  8. 9th commandment violations Pornography  • Sexual drawings of pictures, writing, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual excitement. Pornography drags a person deeper and deeper into hard-core sexual addictions and ungodly desires. Pornography causes us to lust after flesh, and a lust of the eyes. Pornography isn’t suppose to be one of the things we are to think about. Pornography is addictive and destructive. Lusting after other people in our minds is offensive to God.

  9. 9th commandment violations Homosexuality • Homosexuality is having sexual desire toward a member of your own sex. We must not condemn people with homosexual orientation, for we do not become good followers of Christ. We must remember that unmanly gestures do not automatically make a male a homosexual. A man may act in an unmanly way because of the way he was raised in his family. This does not mean that he is a homosexual.

  10. 9th commandment violations Prostitution • Prostitution is the act of indulging in many sexual relationship for payment, is an offence against chastity for it robs a person of dignity by reducing him/her to a mere object or means of selfish pleasure of the buyer.
