  2. SURFACE CRACKS Moderate surface cracks are easier to fix. However, fixing those that are deep is harder. Nevertheless, this has to be resolved before the painters can begin exterior painting. Painters diagnose the exterior surface weakness, and depending on it, they apply a layer of concrete. But if they notice that the surface where deep cracks have appeared is weak, they will need to remove the entire concrete layer and apply a new one before they can apply paint.

  6. UNEVEN SURFACE If your property is old and the surfaces of various parts of it have become uneven, it can become difficult for the painters to apply colour to the surface. To fix uneven surfaces, they will apply concrete layering. But if the surface is uneven by default, they will suggest that you consult with a builder who will inspect the property and do the necessary so that you can derive the desired outcome.
