  5. 方法和步骤 • 1、切缘预备 • 2、唇面预备 • 3、邻面预备 • 4、舌面预备 • 5、颈袖预备 • 6、龈缘预备 • 7、精修完成

  6. 切缘预备 平头锥形金钢砂车针 平头锥形金钢砂车针

  7. 45度的切舌向斜面 引导沟：３条

  8. 分两部分： 切端部分（切１/2） 龈端部分（龈１/2） 唇面预备

  9. １－唇面切1/2面　　　２－唇面龈1/2面 ３－唇面切１/4面

  10. 平头锥形金钢砂车针 平头锥形金钢砂车针

  11. 唇面切１/2

  12. 唇面龈１/2

  13. １mm直角平龈肩台

  14. 邻面预备 细针形金钢砂车针

  15. 去除倒凹 可保留一薄层釉质

  16. 平头锥形金钢砂车针

  17. １mm直角肩台　　近远中聚合度2-5°

  18. 舌面预备 球形金刚砂车针在舌面３－５个定深窝

  19. 颈袖预备 引导沟：３条　　１mm的直角肩台 方向：与唇面龈端部分平行（固位力：牙合龈高度、聚合度）

  20. 根据对颌牙来调整１.5mm空间

  21. 颈缘修整 肩台预备：平头锥形金刚砂车针

  22. 唇侧肩台：龈下０.５mm 舌侧肩台：平龈或龈上

  23. 精修完成 • 基牙整体形态调磨： 基牙唇面切1/4部应内收10。~15。，以确保切端透明瓷粉有足够的厚度。 整个基牙外形应圆缓，不留棱角。

  24. １－唇面切1/2面　　　２－唇面龈1/2面 ３－唇面切１/4面

  25. 细颗粒金钢砂车针

  26. 细颗粒桃形金刚砂车针

  27. 抛光各轴面

  28. 点线角圆钝

  29. 轴面光滑　　　 不要在肩台处形成倒凹 • 点线角圆钝 　　　以免引起瓷裂
